1. Connect the heating power supply of the oven, start the conveyor belt, adjust the oven temperature to the curing temperature according to the powder coating curing conditions provided by the supplier, and make the running time of the conveyor belt in the oven meet the curing time. Considering the decrease in the inlet and outlet temperature of the oven and the difference between the actual working temperature and the oven instrument temperature, it can flexibly extend the running time by 10-20% or increase it by 5-10 ℃

Start the air compressor, randomly check a portion of the powder coating, insert the powder suction tube of the spray gun into the container for powder, adjust the working voltage to 40000 to 80000 volts, and the air force to 0.8 to 2.5 KG/cm. Spray gun and working distance are 15-25cm. The best powder output is good atomization degree. Spray one or several pieces, put them into the oven and bake them according to the curing conditions. Compare the test spray plate with the sample to check whether it meets the quality requirements.
3. Place the workpiece on the conveyor belt for oil removal, rust removal, phosphating and passivation, water washing, and drying of moisture. Spray it in the spray room, bake it in the oven according to the curing conditions, cool it out of the oven, inspect the next piece, and package it.
4. The relationship between temperature and time in curing conditions is inversely proportional. As the temperature increases, the curing time shortens, and as the time prolongs, the curing temperature decreases.
Coatings are usually sprayed, which makes them more uniform. The quality of coatings used outdoors is better, and even after being exposed to wind and rain, they still look refreshed and have a good effect.
