The powder coating rate is directly related to the resin content, charged additives, fillers, powder particle size distribution, etc.
Increase the amount of resin and reduce the amount of filler used. Choose resins with good electrical properties. Control the particle size distribution of the powder, the narrower the better: Reasonably controlling the particle size of the powder (which is relatively difficult), in our actual production, we only need to adjust the speed of the main and secondary grinding of ACM. A powder particle size of 40-50UM is considered suitable, and a narrower distribution is better.
